any way to hack this game

1.I started a few days ago to try to hack rose online (a private server) it is a mmorpg game online , if i open (wpe, ce, olly) the game was disconnected.
but using some plugin like strongOD panthom could open it and I came out this mesnsaje

and i open it with ollydbg and it show few code

any way to see the code more understandable
2.I open the game with wpe and tracking some packages
eg: i write something (TESTING WPE) receive this code package in hexadeimal

but I translate and it dont show anything coherent if I multiply the data and i send again ir works correctly but are encrypted

how I can decrypt these packets to send mine?coz i change something in the packets and i get disconect server
and with cheat engine i can modify and search any value but if i change it it only change for me but no for the server it dont change nothing.

my question (which metod is the correct to hack this game, wich program and how to)
i make a lot of tutorials but i can not get any kind of benefit in this game
