Well, it was kind of requested to get an FoV changer tool.
So, i took time to make it.

I also added a song that we can thanks @master131 for. (FLAC dumper)
(Also why the file is big :P)

It supports all 3 games of Black Ops 2.

Yes, but this allow you to go over 80
