NOTE: It isn't visible and executes the commands in a matter of split seconds and closes so you wont see it as a process or see any visuals. It'll randomly generate a new IP after you ran the program and restarted your PC. Meaning you cant set it yourself...

Sure it's safe? It has restarted my computer without asking. Maybe it sounds wierd but I didn't pressed thanks, yet my name is still there.

As i seen it's not .net, C++ or vb6... Which language used it?

And it works just for 64bit machines.
