Library Problem. msvcm80.dll/

So when i put LoadLibrary in crossfire folder an i open it. status doesnt say anything. I even browsed for the file. then i click load library. then msvcm80.dll cannot be found. im like whaaaaa! ive tried to download it an put it in the crossfire folder. an still the same thing. so Help? please?
