Basic hack creating

Hi i have used hacks and have got interested in what people call a "Window hack"(the hack where you usally press insert and a window of many hacks show up) well anyways i would like to know how to make one of those hacks. Although nothing major I just wanna know stuff like chams,super speed, fly mode,ect. If anyone can tell me the basics of making this or even help me make something basic that would be a very good start for me.
