I really need Patcher_cf because it told me Old version , and when i come to download the setup it tells me Loading core file failed and get stopped working

You need version.ini and not the patcher .
try to download crossfire again
want all crossfire files?
its because you dont have fully activated windows. "loading core files failed" means you have unactivated window. go to a site that generates codes and put them in.
