The cheat itself is undetectable, as for the question of one getting banned by using it? Sure. Only if you make it obvious that you are cheating ei:

-Shooting through walls
-Following the enemy players through walls and killing them without an UAV present
-Unbelievable K/D (eg 40 kills and 1 death)

So play good but not too good and die stupidly time to time and maintain a decent K/D and players will have no reason to suspect or accuse you of cheating because the only way you'll get banned if someone reports you
