the loader isn't encrypted only the ".magic" aka ".dll" file
however if want to reverse the magic file you should attach it into a prozess and then try to make dumb of it

when i start it it says this this file MSVCP110.dll is missing or something like that how can i fix it i use the virus scanner avast maybe that blocks it can someone help me

It says that the DLL is missing
you need Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 from Official Microsoft Download Center and not the 2010 edition -.-
install vcredist_x86.exe ( obvious game and hack is 32bit )
