CoD4 Steam Key help

I have the Razor 1911 Call of Duty 4 keygen. The problem is, I have no idea how to use the keys. On Steam, the keys have to have 5 characters, like this:
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
but the keys have 4 instead
XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Can anyone please help or tell me how I'm supposed to use these keys? It'll be appreciated very much

CoD 4 keys dont work on steam.

Install Cod4(From Piratebay for example)
Then just install it and enter that code provided by the keygen.

P.S Don't forget to download Cod4 Patches (To update your cod4 to newest one)

Once installed and patched:
Type on google: Cod4 cracker server list
Click first link

There you search for an server, copy its ip adress

Then in cod 4 press on the key: ~ (Usually left from the 1 on your keyboard)

and type: connect ipadresshere
