This release is pretty glitchy, it's making random objects show up.

i cannot open that program.. its error says msvcp110.dll is missing.. i have installed vcredist_x86.exe but not work..

Instal visual studios, and you should be fine.

lol public hacks are 99% percent bannable, especially in treyarch games.

Of course you can, Treyarch have basically said that any modification than gives an unfair advantage will get you banned.
