Dayz PMC texture help

I logged into a friends steam account and downloaded a legit copy of the PMC pack. After playing a full mission etc. the textures do not work, any help?

I have both PMC and BAF (British Armed Forces) and the "HD" character textures work just fine

Go to expansions and enable them.

Legit PMC or pirated Reinforcements, dosnt matter they both work the same
you just enable it in the expansions, if it inst there just download it again,

For me, it shows in expansions and in the left bottom corner, but the campaign isn't there, as same as the textures ):
