Hi guys, so i need some advice:

1.Are the count of reputations limited or u can rank all of em to 10?
2.Do someone know the Chunin class shops ID? I was trying to go to the undergroundlab but it wont let me. :/
3.Can i get ebil fragments for chunin somehow?
