But seriously that's not bad animation, you could let the last frame to last longer but it's not too shabby.
I tried with a longer ending, then it wasn't creepy :P
I feel that its kinda annoying that it takes so long for the first part but meh you can only do so much with little photoshop experience.
By the way do you have any idea that when I add it as my avatar it does not move?
You should extend the animation time on the last frame.

My avatar was made completely in photoshop
And your avatar isn't animated because it has to be the exact size as your avatar limitations or smaller.

If your avatar is bigger than your limitations (150x150 I guess), the "server" re-size it down, that freezes the gif

It doesn't freeze it, it just takes the first frame and resizes it and keeps only the first frame.

It doesn't move if the site has to resize it, which is what I just explained above.
