How do I hack?

I've been through multiple threads here which are supposed to help me 'learn how to hack' CF, but so far to my avail, I don't have a clue what they're talking about.

Was wondering if someone could give me a step by step instruction on maybe how to create a detected hack, so I could learn (per say) and actually start creating my own.
