can you get an rc without fatigue?

The answer is supposedly yes. Bad news is I was able to farm RC in DFB last time I tried, but after I ran out of FTG, I had no luck on finding another. Don't take me seriously though because I'm not sure if FTG affects RC spawning now. Who knows? The dev's might have done this to prevent RC exploit, yet again I'm not 100% sure. Unless a considerable amount of people here confirms that DFB/RR RC farming is still working.

yes 100% bt have a bigger chance to have RC if you have FTG
