Problem
Is it just me, or is it that sometimes when I drag it down, it randomly flies back up (but my cursor is still in the same place).

That's just you, are you using a regular mouse or a touchpad mouse?
Happens with me as well
it happens to me somtimes.
It's the snow. L0L. Just use mouse wheel.. if you can.
