Im going to trade Acc... But OMM's are allways offline... There are only 2 OMM's -.-

Is there any another way to trade account without beeing Scammed?

To avoid getting scammed. Use paypal, that way if he recovers the account you can charge back. If you're selling an account do ugc only , that way he can't charge back.

The OMMS arent active enough =/ they need to get more so there is always a safe trade option. Best to wait for an OMM though.
