It's safer just to use the hacks that are provided! If your clever enough you can get away with using hacks and not get banned, although leveling will take sometime.

Play it safe, If you know the enemy location (as in using chams or UAV hacks etc) don't look at them through the walls make it look like your camping at best! If you're on the move jump around corners or take the flanking routes!

If you're using OP hacks such as super weapons lower the scale meter and use weapons that are already close to 1-Hit kills as to not look suspicous!

Best way to avoid getting banned when using hacks is to always check the forum in which you downloaded the hack from to see if it detected first before playing, always check the last few pages as the users should know first! Also avoid using hacks when a report of a banwave is incoming and keep your log files as clean as possible! Use cleaners such as CCleaner to remove cookies to websites such as MPGH as some Anti-cheats look into where you have been browsing!

Also if you are about to be kicked for hacking, leave the room immediately as the report will be sent to Aeria! Although leaving doesn't guarantee you will be safe, just use it as a last resort

With games like these, as soon as one site promotes certain features a rival site will try and beat them! Then a game of tug of war occurs which in turn works out better for the end users because more exploits are found therefore leading to more hacks!

Overall with accounts like those, it's good to check the join date and if AVA has a reset stats token you can purchase

Wait and ye' shall see.

As for ban risks, it's all upon you to decide what risks you will take. If you are using norecoil/nospread do not spray, burst your shots so they seem more believable. Let yourself die once in awhile. As for dmg maximization, try to make sure you kill people who are in a gunfight with someone else.
