How do they hack?

Hi,

In almost every server I encounter hackers, some just hack weapons or vehicles in, others will kill everybody etc. But when I look on this forum I don't see any undetected hack. How do they hack? And could somebody help me with how to hack, because I can't find undetected hacks on the forum or elsewhere.

You're gonna have to buy some hacks mate. There are no free hacks.

Where do you do this? :P I mean.. Buy em?
