How to make/programming hacks?

Hello, been a while sense I posted something, I am wondering.

How can I make a hack? I wish to make chams or something for the site, do I need to know C++ or well it just helps me more?

Any guides or anything you like to share? Or maybe a program with a guide?

Don't post smartass comments, it does not get me anywhere. Please, I wish to know how to do it, so I can releases some to you, the people.

Just look in the tut section, and if memory serves me, you need to know programming (i think C++ or something like that) to make chams.
