FPS Shitty Drop

I Used To Have Sticky +200 FPS .. Suddenly I Found It Always Goes From 150 In the First 15 Minutes Since Openin' The Game To 50-20
(Without Makin' Any Changes On Anything)

I've Got Nividia GeForce 9400 (1GB VIGA)
Processor Intel Core 2 Due
4GB RAM
640GB Hard Disk

I Tried CCleaner - Gamebooster - Defragler..

Try This ; X It's about the ping but it fixes the FPS..

Have you tried closing all other programs?

I Closed All Processes And Services Except Microsoft Services With Msconfig.

Maybe change screen resolution & set the performance in the Graphic Drivers Control Panel to balanced :/

Sometimes for me, my fps improves when I delete a lot of stuff from my computer like games that I think I wont play again

Games or background apps slow down your processor through unnecessarily hogging memory. Have you uninstalled or stopped these games and applications?
