Zombie mode glitch.
I have 4 hypo meds but i cant use it. Can someone tell me why i cant use it,

Do they show up in-game? And are they only in your storage?
In game it says X4 when i pick up the drops of the meds i still cant use it. And yes i relogged
Happens to me when I Use some hacks.
