VC++ Win32 Application Error = Problem!

Hello MPGH Members / Staffs.
I have problem on installing my VC++ 2008 Express edition.
It's because " Not valid in Win32 Application ".

Code:

C:\Documents and Settings\user\Desktop\vcsetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

Sorry, I don't have screenshots.
The connection here is too slow.
Anyone wants to help me please?

But, I tried it already but nothing happens. T_T

baka may virus pc mo kaya d mainstall yan or sa anti virus

Tama Si D3ath Try Mo IDOwnload Ulet. Baka Kasi Hindi ayos ang pag kaka download nya.

I didn't install my 6 anti-virus.

Additional Message: I re-download the vcsetup.exe
And success to start installing but.
Again. There's an error called " BITS Service "
Anyone knows about this problem?

ibig ko sabihin e sa anti virus mo ioff mo

about BITS SERVICE ioon mo lang yan start -> run -> services.msc tapos enter then right click mo dun ung BITS then start oks na yan.

Merun papong error called " Microsoft Windows Installation 3.1 " ??

download nlng ulit para madali ..

nyahahaha, visual C++ cannot install at windows xp sp1 & sp2
