problems with canadian

hello to all i am using the Vista ...and i start the PERX with assasin.dll and put start in the game say "Cannot find "d3d9.dll"please re enstall the application".... and d3d9.dll is CA eu folder

i have the same problem... if i delete "d3d9.dll" i can start and use the cheat, but in game... 10 seconds after beginning the game automatically goes to Windows.... and closed the application.. why¿?¿?¿?¿?¿? i using Vista too
