Well, I know a lot of people in the MPGH Marketplace sell likes and views very cheap. Like, a good some thousand views only 80 cents or something. If you're looking for a bot that does it; good luck finding one here.

Finding a youtube bot free prolly isn't going to happen.
However, you could simply create a bot in python. You'd have to register a bunch of accounts (these are called zombies) and you'd have to log them into youtube via python, then create a multithreaded class to execute the action from all of your registered accounts. I've done this before for facebook, utilizing GraphAPI. if you need more info you can pm me.
