So I haven't play AQW for while, and I've reached level 50, and I was lucky enough to get creature shard loot so I merge it into Necromancers, I can't even received gold nor class exp, is it because I've reached level 50 so I won't gain anything? I'm confused :|

You aren't fighting high level enough monsters. Go fight undead pirates or something like that.

Ahhh! Thanks I shall try doing that.

go and kill high LEVEL MONSTERs,bosses etc.

go to banished. /join banished then bot there and use boost exp ang gold.

No need for boost, I already reach my max level which is 50, and max gold too, I just need to get any of my classes to rank 5 + thats all.
