NoRecoil + NoSpread

This is for everybody who didn't know what this thread was about. So, I compiled it and released it.

Works only on non punkbuster servers.

Intructions:

1. Launch CoD4 (steam or non-steam)
2. Launch Cod4pub.exe
3. Leave the hack open.

It's not even a real nospread ?._.

It says this when I try to open it: "The program can't start because MSVCP110D.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem.
