Black Ops 2 Bug?

Tell me if there is something wrong or missing in this Photo ..

The only thing wrong with this photo is the low FPS....

Still Didn't Work ..
I Follow Every Step Very Carefully .. but still no fix ..

You need to get a new graphics card, or re-install your OS, you can re-install your OS without losing all your data. Also, make sure you have directx 11.

Go to start, and type dxdiag in the search bar, go to the display tab, and check to see if DX11 is installed.
