HelpVmware!

Hello everybody today im going to need your help so today i tried reinstalling vmware with iso and the code to start crossfire but i keep getting this i tried to watch tutorial and i so that i had to change something in regedit so i had to look for ven_15 but i cant find it maybe because im using windows xp pro sp3 and last time i used home edition but here is a screen shot
