STEAM CONNECT FAILED ERROR

i keep getting an error saying "steam connect fail." like 40 seconds into games.

I updated my dedicated server thing on steam and then replaced the files again to the ones made my kenshin13 to use my hacks but then wtf is this error and how do i get rid of it?

Scan your pc mabye its a virus or try reinstalling steam as a whole.

Try not hacking?

IW5M Right?
LaunchIW5M.exe <-- Start that after you delete caches.xml so the game can update
After then ONLY replace iw5m.dll and iw5mp.exe from my release.
