ANYONE KNOW HOW TO PLAY CF WINDOWED MODE?

anybody know how to play windowed mode?

You go to the CF lobby and click the settings button on the top right corner, then you look through all the tabs and when you find something that says "Fullscreen" and "Window mode" in one of the tabs, click windows mode and click save.
P.S. Srry if you don't understand anything I just typed :P

Ingame top right corner, click the wrench, should open up options on video tab. Last option in graphics, fullscreen, click windowed menu mode

P.S. reverts to fullscreen when you enter a match, I think not sure about xp, but on vista, lock and then unlock your computer, and alt+tab out of it.

You cant play CF in windowed mode, the option is only for make the client windowed while youre waiting in a room to start, but when the game starts, th client atomatically returns to fullscreen mode.

That's only for the lobby not for ingame

Sorry to break it to you, but it's impossible, since crossfire is such a big game for windows to handle, on my computer it won't go fullscreen OR windowed, I just play it semi-fullscreened (if you don't know what this is, no windowed bars but not filling the whole screen)

Uh i play in a window on my game.. not impossible at all, i could give u guys some screen shots if you'd like, lol if only i had seen this before the one who needed help got banned.

Remember that DxWnd program from Maplestory is it possiable to get that to work for this game?
I know it wasn't made just for Maplestory.
But I wouldn't know where to get it know its been years.

Yep the DxWnd program works for CF too, I use it myself sometimes. But when you use it it wont be as simple as just setting the .exe and starting the game. There's one extra step needed.

Well if you use it post a simple tutorial to teach other members how to do it.
And when I figure it out, I will make a new and better tutorial and of course credit you.
