id say 6/10 its ok
try 1st downloading some brushes which basically adds a lot more to the sig
also try to follow some tuts

2 stocks, a C4D, Render, Text, Border

not much editing other than that

simply putting on right layer types and opacity and stuff and putting a border around render or outer glow (ew)
