Req} C++ program

Hey im just starting trying to code,i know most of basics and I'm hopefully going to make a hack for Combat Arms International

What program do I use and can you post a link? I can't find anyone posting one that is starred out

C++ 6.0?
Visual Basics?
AHHHH! Thanks!

There is multiple threads about 'compilers!' 'learning!' 'tutorials!' 'what to use!' and your post is somewhat irrelevant to your question so i'm closing this and if you don't learn to search and try you won't be successful at learning coding.
