MAT New Hack

Hey everyone , i just realize that user.ini still can be changed. My frend gave me a user.ini , its bout speed hack , slow hack and 3D mode , it still works ! But i won't release it , because I dont wan many ppl know about it , or GM will patched it. So , What I wan to tell u is , user.ini still can be changed and make new hack.
