Sprite world speed hack fix

I'm sorry for the stuff I haven't fixed yet, had a rough week and wanted to take the weekend off to rest a bit.
As for now I've found the issue with the speed hack, I haven't really kept trying with the inventory viewer, I will look into it but I don't know if I'll be able to fix it.

If you don't want to wait for approval:
- Unzip 7.0.0_swSpeed.zip
- Open 7.0.0_swSpeed.xml
- Look for where it says: line="4913"
- Change to: line="4948"
- Save changes
- Delete the old 7.0.0_swSpeed.zip
- Compress the new 7.0.0_swSpeed.xml and the old 7.0.0_swSpeed.txt into a new .zip (name of the .zip is irrelevant)
- Re-build client.
