Help Nat Type

I got some questions
How do i open my port to get nat type open?
I got the provider KPN but i think that doesnt matter.

I Know how to get in the system.
Im typing that lan ip in the bar then i can login and i can find the portforward mapping.
But whenever i try to open the port it isnt opened...

Different for each provider, i contacted mine to ask specificly how to do it
