I Need Some Program wich can do something like r_fullbright 1 but in all maps injectable or any other method
P.S : my computer is shitty with 4GB ram and Bad screen card AND I USE 4D1

I guess that you're playing on IW4PLAY, move on RepZ. /r_fullbright 1 is allowed there.
