missing file :(((

AFTER I HAVE INJECTED THE HACK INTO PERX, IT SAYS THE HACK HAS BEEN INJECTED BUT THEN I GET A MESSAGE SAYING, PROGRAM CAN'T START BECAUSE d3dx9_43.dll is missing? what dfo i do? how do i get the hack to work?

You have to google d3dx9_43.dll and then click the first link (d3dx9_43.dll free download - DLL-files.com) and download the .zip file (not their fixer thing) then extract it to your desktop then copy it and paste it into your System32 folder, Combat Arms folder, and (if you have win7 64-bit SysWOW folder.
