WTBPaypal Limit resolve for 50$

Anyone who can learn me how to resolve my paypal issues, there was never chargebacks on my account and money was sent from earning service .
50$ for anyone who can help me solve those issues
Paypal limit resolve asks :
Credit card + verify
Proof of ID / Adress
Fuck - Paypal.

They give unverified accounts a sending limit, and they want you to give them a credit card or bank account to further verify your identity. We've all been through a limited account, and this is just a limit after the limit. Just a big ole' security mind fuck.
