Vehicle spawn hack and bypass

I was wandering around youtube and found a video that seems legit, The hack spawns in vehicles and such anyway heres a link to the video you can decide for yourselfs "http: //j .g s/1 h q3" It did not like the link you can remove the spaces. If anyone downloads it comment back here so we know.

First off, a link to youtube WOULD be better.
And probably a stealer, as 98% of anything you find on youtube.

got the link running on a adfly thing, And im not saying to people that they should download im just posting what ive seen and if anyone wants to try it they can, I dont trust hacks from youtube thus why i havent downloaded it.
