In your case yeah. You need an alibi, lack of motive, you kind of blew that already, and need to be real good at pretending that you give a fuck that your family is dead. This isn't some bum you shanked on the street.

I can be a really good lier. I still have feelings for them, so I can get away with crying/shit. Why not just the simple robberie. I sneak in, shoot em, steal some moneyz drive across town, throw in a river, come home, call da Popo's. Tada
