It's just normal mp5 in rifle mode. It's partially a hack as u can use mp5 in rifle mode.

but if use this in rifle mode still shotgun bullet come out... not mp5

From the screenshots we can see the mp5 is shooting shotgun bullets, that's the mod

So its just shotgun with mp5 skin :d
