Fellow hacker here, please read this, this isn't to scare anyone away, just inform.

The Valve Anti-Cheat system is enabled for servers displaying the Secured shield logo. If a user connects to a VAC-Secured server from a computer with identifiable cheats installed, the VAC system will ban the user from playing on VAC-Secured servers in the future.
While server admins may choose to ban specific players, server admins cannot VAC ban players. ::: The VAC system is automated - contacting Steam Support to report cheaters is not necessary, nor will Steam Support act on any information provided. :::
The VAC system reliably detects cheats using their cheat signatures. Any third-party modification to a game designed to give one player an advantage over another is classified as a cheat or hack and will trigger a VAC ban. This includes modifications to a game's core executable files and dynamic link libraries.

I opened my CSS to find out i was Vac banned today, the steam description of the Valve anti cheat system specifically notes that Steam will NOT act on any information, proof, that a player was hacking. So this means even if someone recorded me and reported me, that they would not act.
I've only used TWO different hack programs, my latest being this one [MPGH Public Hack], and they BOTH claimed that they were Vac 2 proof, they clearly must not be, or i would not be VAC banned. I'm going to create another steam account and repurchase CSS, I was considering of ONLY using wallhacks due to it not being easily recognized by fellow players, but after reading the above article, I'm thinking otherwise.

The other hack program was I Love It CSS Recode 1.0 which claimed to be Vac 2 Proof.
Here's another tidbit describing how readily they can add public hacks to their Vac system.

How do I report a new cheat?
If you know of a new cheat, especially private cheats (ones that aren't on a public website), and can provide the links or the actual binaries, please visit the SteamPowered Forums and send a private message to one of the forum moderators to ensure the information is passed along to the VAC development team.
^ In my interpretation , public, easy-to-access hacks (available to those of us who are not about to PAY to cheat on a video game) are extremely short lived and when are inevitably and shortly after added to the Vac system, the users are banned. When being told that their "VAC 2 PROOF." Bull.
I'VE ONLY PLAYED COUNTER STRIKE TWO WEEKS using "vac 2 proof" hacks.

How do I report a cheat website?
If you encounter a site offering cheats for Steam games, please submit a case to Steam Support for review.
^This forum isn't safe, don't use public hacks unless you've got a dynamic IP handy, even if, this wouldn't help when the Vac system picks up your hacking and Vac bans your SteamID, not your IP address.
post where you got your hack from dumbshit? theres no I Love It CSS Recode 1.0
Why would it matter if you have a dynamic IP?
Also if you pay for a game it is illegal (unless said so otherwise) to cut off your gameplay 100%.
