Modded Controller?

Can someone give me a tut on making a modded PS3 controller Youtube doesn't seem to help me much i don't know why? or if even possible make me a modded controller. Please and thank you:

You can get them anywhere from $90.00 - $200.00+.

They're really expensive, But in my opinion, They're an investment. Just make sure you get one from a good place and that you take care of it.
