Item Spawner?

So, looking around ROTMG Hacks online, you see videos with people item spawning and getting free doom bows, etc. Then in the comments, they all say it works. Unfortunately, when you try to download the link, you have to pass a ****** to get the download, or you can download free, but then you need a password that doesn't exist. Is there a real, working item spawner out there?

Also, at random ROTMG item sites like oryx.in , you can buy things and they deliver to your account. I doubt that they actually find items to sell, so is it possible that these sites use spawners?
