So.. i had a false email made for my steam when I purchased the game, does that mean I don't get guest passes?

I was really looking forward to giving my little bro the chance ot play for christmas but now I cant seem to find a way to get the codes from War Z or Steam .. I've looked at the Purchase page on steam and everything ..

any ideas?

is there something im missing? A button that says guest pass retrieval or w.e?
