ArmA 2 RCon: Possibility to Script?

Okay, so I have befriended someone, not very closely, but close enough to where he is comfortable enough to give me RCon to the server because I am very active on his DayZ server. Inside of the RCon, there is a command to "LoadScripts". I know that every action in the game is a "script", but would I be able to safely run a hacking script through here and go undetected?

I have no idea. It's something I wanted to try in my server as well, just haven't had time. ANyone have an answer?
