Cannot download

Why i cannot download anything in here,i cilck download and thanks but nothing download come outif anyone know what happen please tell me

When u press 'download' ,does it shows ' THIS ATTACHMENT HAS NOT APPROVE, BLA BLA BLA' ? If it shows , that means the admin / minio didn't approve the file yet.
