Taking Screenshots for posts

Hey guys, I've been wondering how to put a image in a post? Like for example whenever I make/ try to put a image up, it will make it a download. For example. I am going to do a Leeched MW3 hack, which I need to take a screenshot of. It will always make it a download... And the screenshot will always have my pc background on it. It be awesome if you guys could help.

Upload the image onto a image hosting site (Tinypic, Imagr, etc)
Find the direct link and put it between IMG tags
Eg:
[IMG] http://www.example.com/bunch-of-codes-here.jpg [/IMG] -> No spaces

Sometimes the hosting site will provide you a version with the IMG tags already on it, you can just copy that and paste it here
