This is his opinion, he thinks that the blast radius of a grenade is too large and needs to be lowered, he isn't asking for it to be lowered, he is only sharing his opinion.

True, blast range is large, but think of it, a real grenade spits out shrapnel when exploding, as it's the shell of the nade. The Radius would most likely be that way because of the real life effect of shrapnel... That shit can go threw your head you know, even a small peice can kill you if it hits you in the right spot.
